Following the success of the installation of the Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) Duke Energy came back to WSC for further enhancement of their Simulator. WSC provided a 48" Touchscreen panel for the unit Synchronization and Black Start panels. Soft panels were included in the original simulator delivery; however, this enhancement allows the operators to interact with the full size soft panels in a more realistic setting while training on the simulator.
